The walls and log beams of the 100-year-old storehouse are preserved and renovated as a building that will be connected to the future 100 years from now. From the second floor of the cafe, you can see the breathtaking beautiful and dynamically assembled beams in the attic. Also, when you look at the patio gently through the fireproof window or sit down on the chair that Michio Kikyo, a furniture craftsman from Noto region, made with great care, you would feel that the time of 100 years ago is still slowly passing by.
The cafe menu is served using cups and saucers that have been stored in this warehouse for many years. These are mainly ceramics made between the Taisho and Showa era, and have a different taste from the beautifully finished industrial products. Please enjoy the old fashion of the dishes in the atmosphere of the café.
The coffee served at the cafe is made from coffee beans roasted exclusively for kurart ARAU and carefully brewed by our baristas according to your order. Enjoy a cup of aromatic, high quality, straight coffee. In addition to coffee, we also serve herbal tea.
